This workbook accompanies Break Every Stinking Chain! Healing for Hidden Wounds to help you get even more out of the study. It includes a summary of each chapter, discussion questions for each section, and assessments to be used either on your own or in a group setting. Each chapter of the book introduces one way of "feeding your faith" in God. The workbook includes sample "simple" prayers for healing of trauma in your life. At the end of each chapter you will find a "Prayer Commitment" form to be used as you move through your study. In addition, five journal pages are included at the end of each chapter which provide direction for using the various techniques of feeding your faith and keeping documentation of your journey in healing from the wounds of trauma. I've provided various assessments, like the Simple Trauma Source Assessment, the Adverse Childhood Experiences assessment, the View of God Inventory, the Personal Faith Inventory, and others. It also includes handouts that we use in our live class and in our professional counseling office like the Impact of Childhood Trauma and Abuse, the Finding Safety in Christ Meditation on Psalm 23, and the Cycle of Spiritual Growth/Death. For group leaders, it includes directions for using the Check-In/Check-Out form and the Prayer Commitment form, along with a class outline and instructions on using the book and workbook in a class, Bible Study, or small group.
