Sophia was born and raised in the Midwest, and has always loved the southwest. She has a background in teaching, spirituality, art, and energy healing work. She likes nature, hiking, movies, music, reading, art, and traveling. She lives with her dog in the beautiful mountains of the southwest and teaches spiritual classes throughout the year. She is currently working on writing a Retreat Healing Workshop based on the experience and healing she has gone through in the story of this book. She is also working on a sequel to the book focusing on her healing journey and spiritual path.
