Lex van der Heijden has gained over 30 years of knowledge and experience in the global ICT world. He has worked for instance as certified senior project manager at IBM Global Services for 16 years. Lex has a propeduesis psychosynthesis and followed a three-years course for holistic therapist. In 2013, Lex started a company for program/project management, consultancy, and personal coaching www.lvdhppcp.com. The other is to mentor and coach people to help them get the best out of themselves.
