He is the founder and chairman of one of the top real estate law practices in the world, Duval & Stachenfeld LLP. Bruce is one of the most prodigious real estate rainmakers in the brutally competitive NYC market and is respected as one of the top real estate lawyers in NYC. He has an accomplished 40-year career as a real estate lawyer handling some of the largest and most complex real estate transactions. He is also a marketing guru, author, speaker, mentor, business advisor, and consultant. Bruce brings all of these elements and experiences together in The Real Estate Philosopher’s® Guide, where he synthesizes all of his real estate endeavors to create ideas, thoughts, initiatives and connectivity to inspire real estate players on both an emotional and intellectual level.
