As a consultant, he helps clients accurately frame and skillfully manage complex issues and creates plans to strategically engage stakeholders, thought leaders, influencers, community organizations, and key external constituencies. Mr. Powell has presented at national and state conferences on issues management and advised on strategic plans, strategy, and program development. He is an opinion contributor at The Hill, The Messenger, and InsideSources where he writes about political and social trends and leadership. He was also the host of a nationally syndicated radio program focused on business leadership.
