Eileen Spinelli is a best-selling author of poetry and children’s picture books. Her debut novel, Somebody Loves You, Mr. Hatch, has earned her several awards including the IRA/CBC Children’s Choice book and the Christopher Award. Ekaterina Trukhan is a Russian illustrator. She graduated from Camberwell College of Arts and has since illustrated children's books.
