Her background includes years of executive experience in healthcare, two decades of coaching and consulting, and innovative research on executive and physician leadership effectiveness. Dr. Duberman earned her PhD in public health policy and management from New York University, her MPH from the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey, and her BA from the University of Rochester.
