Although there are plenty of dark matter models available in the literature, this book concentrates on the important ones. This book aims to motivate the reader to propose a new dark matter model complying with all observational constraints.

Über die Autorin bzw. den Autor

Tanushree Basak received her Master degree in Physics from University of Calcutta, India. As a graduate student, she was deeply motivated by the fascinating world of astro particle physics and decided to continue her research in this field. She pursued her research interest by moving to the Physical Research Laboratory, Ahmedabad. She later earned her doctorate degree working on the phenomenology of particle dark matter models. She is currently working as an Assistant Professor in Physics in the Department of Science and Humanities at Indus University, Ahmedabad, India. Her primary research fields are supersymmetry, physics beyond Standard model, dark matter and neutrino physics. Dr Basak has published several research papers and conference proceedings articles in peer reviewed international journals.
