Since Kala’s experience has produced a full range of skills in architecture, interior design, the construction execution and site supervision, her methodology-management style has achieved compelling junior architects to reach their full potential and to strive for a high degree of consensus through project phases. Her enthusiasm, collaborative manner, and helpful training information could embolden some junior architects to progress and achieve their advantages within their professional practice. This book illustrates and defines specific contents, which are to some extent, not envisioned or discussed with the colleagues during their work process.
As a result, it is possible to gain an advantage of advocating designs, achieving proper fee status and, creating exposure towards obtaining further projects to improve their professional practice.
