Kirsten Ackerman is an Anti-Diet, Fat-Positive Registered Dietitian and Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor who has dedicated her life to fighting Diet Culture and helping people heal their relationship with food and body. She is also the host of Intuitive Bites Podcast and sits on the board of the Connecticut Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics as the Events Coordinator.
