She is currently the founder and CEO of FrancisLearningInstitue.com, a dynamic specialized training and development organization for aspiring leaders that prepares young entrepreneurs for exceptional leadership careers. She also serves as CEO of the JELI Management Company, LLC, a company that specializes in financial management, project management, organizational training and development, and cutting-edge technology integration services to its clients. She currently serves as adjunct professor at the American Public University Systems (APUS).
