Über die Autorin bzw. den Autor

UPTON SINCLAIR (1878-1968) a prolific American writer and muckraker, contributor to many socialist publications and political activist, wrote about worker rights, free speech, and health. Among his many books are The Jungle (1906), The Fasting Cure (1911), and The Profits of Religion (1917) from the Dead Hand series.
