Inhaltsangabe

Anxiety disorder and bipolar disorder are two extremely isolating conditions, but if you are living with either one, you should know that you are not alone. This book is a collection of journal entries from the author's own life written while she was in the throes of suffering from both anxiety disorder and bipolar disorder in high school. The entries describe the process of her condition getting worse and worse, all the way to eventually hitting rock bottom, and then finding hope and recovering.

Having lived through it all, Alex Gerardo's poignant glimpses into her life gives readers the honest truth about the hardships and darkness that affect those dealing with these disorders, while also providing hope that there is a way through it.
