Michael Snarr graduated from the University of Utah with a business degree while he attended Pi Kappa Alpha fraternity. He also had a career in business and ended up as an executive for the Utah Jazz. He lives in Utah with his wife, Tamie. They have four children. He is also the author of Long Shots and Layups: Memories and Stories from the Golden Era of the Utah Jazz.
