Über die Autorin bzw. den Autor

Clare S. Rosenfield is an artist, poet, writer, meditation teacher, and harpist. She is also a licensed clinical social worker who created her own holistic form of self-healing therapy called "Contact Healing." A Smith College graduate, she received both an M.A. in French and later an M.S. in Social Work from Columbia University. Her harp studies were in the field of playing the harp for end-of-life care. Her poetry collections and verse narratives are Roll On Great Earth, Tall Grasses of Woods Hole & Other Summery Poems, Ninsun: Wise Mother of Gilgamesh, Nameless One of Splendor: Her Sacred Arts of Creation, and Your Inmost Tree of Life: An Invitation.
Now she is bringing forth her love for writing children's books in this book as well as the recently published. Sun-Child, Seven Meditations for Children, The Story of Liliana: a Brave Indigenous Child, To The Rescue: Little Creatures, How Do I Love Thee, and The Sleeping Giantess Wakes Up.
Clare draws upon more than fifty years of experience integrating therapeutic and spiritual approaches from East and West in order to educate herself and inspire others including children to recognize the wisdom that lies at the depths of our soul and to discover our capacity to communicate and commune with all of life's forms, just as the little girl in this story learns to do with her outer and inner tree.
