Getting a signal through a fiber optic cable securely could make a major improvement in the lives of about 100 million people annually. Criminals are hacking personal data routinely now, and big corporations spill 20 or 50 million accounts almost on a weekly basis. So, there is a need to prevent the stress, harm, loss, and anguish caused by criminal abuse of personal data, political use of individual profile data, and outright theft of money, and identity that hackers are now able to do quite easily, every week, a new major spill in announced. This Preliminary Patent Application is very slightly out of my field, which is Photon-DSP technologies, where I hold the bedrock patent US10176661B2.I wish I had a patron, or a backer, or a firm that took an interest in my work, and wanted to jointly pursue the objective which in this case is a secure way to send a signal through a fiber optic cable. I do my own patent work on a Pro Se basis. I have an MBA and a JD, and plenty of work as a BA on physics and chemistry. I am looking for engineers to join my effort, not lawyers. But I would love to have some backing so my work would proceed more smoothly with better morale, financing, and expertise. I have about six major patents in the pipeline. They will all become popular ideas within the next 20 years. So, a company working with me, would come out way ahead of its rivals. This book explains how Finite Impulse Response Filters can be used to analyze incoming waveforms in both the frequency and time domains to create a secure way of sending a signal through a fiber optic cable.I learned photonics at St. John's College in Annapolis Maryland, and Lanthanide chemistry at Institut Le Rosey in Rolle Switzerland. I know the frequency domain, and the time domain, and how to user Fast Fourier algorithms to make secure messages out of light flashes. I would like a corporate partner, with a strong team of engineers, and a willingness to be pioneering disrupters who bring innovation to an unreceptive world. Every inventor has to be a crusader. Edison was. Tesla was. Ford was. Firestone was. If something new comes to the world it's because a crusader brings it there. And yes, feathers do get ruffled. Even a bit of china gets broken. It would be so great, if I had just a little bit of help on that.This book fully reveals the basis of my invention and shows a person skilled in the art how to practice it.
