Dr. Bernard Jensen lectured throughout the U.S. and around the world about health and nutrition. Early on he would tape record his lectures and then later have them typed up into booklets. He would staple them together and sell them through mail order or at his lectures. There are 21 lecture reprint booklets. The information is as timely today as it was when he started teaching about right living in the early 1940's. I have edited, revised and added to the booklets, but left the flavor of that time period and his distinct voice comes through as the content reflects his speaking more than writing style. Writers tend to stay away from writing like they are speaking when writing a book, but Dr. Bernard Jensen was adamant about his self-published books sounding like he was right there with you while you were reading his work. We have found that negative people who are taking the lower attitudes, the depressing attitudes, the attitudes that are not nice to live in. Those people are what we call negative thinkers. I have used this saying many times. A negative person lives only to die. It often comes to the place where one can only say that such a person is the "living dead". He is part of the deadly living; he is graveyard material. He is in a rut, and the only difference between a rut and a grave is that the rut is a grave with the ends kicked out. That is the only difference between the two. Our cup at this arrival consciousness has been filled, and as my little boy David once said, "And even the saucer is full too." We have to recognize and give thanks for His Abundance, and for the fact that it is already so; that we don't have to make anything come into being; it is already so.
