Über die Autorin bzw. den Autor

Dr. Paul R. Friesen has been in the ESL field for over 20 years. He published his first ESL book in 2010, Making Conversation Work For You. He has also written papers on ideas like the 7AIQ method of engaging in dialogue with better results. He is currently developing the formula 1+3+2+Q which expands on that theory.
