We show you how to plan for corrective action to get the project back on schedule.  You will learn variance analysis, earned value and how to make a status report to the executives. Reporting – You learn how to use the template we provide to prepare a status report and Powerpoint (or Keynote) presentation.  We show you how successful PMs answer the sponsor’s questions.
