Über die Autorin bzw. den Autor

Major Tom Baird is an Amos-type prophet. He was called as a young child, served in the United States Army in Vietnam, South Korea, and West Germany during the Cold War. He then became a bush pilot in Alaska, helping ministers to visit the far reaches of the state to hold services. Even though he worked in secular positions, the Father in Heaven worked with him to become His prophet. Whether it was finding out that the Cuban Missile Crisis would come to a peaceful end, learning of Viet Cong ambushes, outwitting the evil-plotting Communist insurgents in South Korea, or designing a new decentralized communications system for the Army (which later became the backbone of the Internet), the Lord supplied Major Tom with the prophecies needed to fulfill his tasks.
