Rev. Dr. Carla Ryan has been studying and living the New Thought philosophy since 1993. She is both an Ordained Minister of Religious Science and an Interfaith Minister. She had the privilege of leading two Colorado New Thought churches early in her ministerial career. Her current ministry is creating and teaching spiritual courses that truly allow the student to explore the depths of their beliefs, and joyously discover their place in the world. Teaching is her passion. Thus, Dr. Carla’s willingness to question everything and examine the hard stuff of life, including the eventual transition of physical death, allows her to connect deeply with her adult students as they bravely explore many aspects of spirituality and discover peace in all phases and situations of life. Whether she is instructing a “101” course or explaining an advanced concept, Dr. Carla approaches each topic with enthusiasm, curiosity, and an open heart. She is a perpetual student and is constantly learning! Dr. Carla offers her spiritually-based classes through various online methods and via her website: www.ConsciousLearning.net, as well as in a traditional classroom setting, presenting to independent students or by offering curriculum packages to other ministers and centers to enhance their educational programs. In addition to her teaching and curriculum projects, Dr. Carla has authored several children’s books and has more than one novel in-process.
