Phil Elson lives with his wife and son in a beautiful part of Surrey in England. He has a Bachelors Degree with Honours in Sociology from Salford University in Greater Manchester and a 4.0-grade Masters Degree in Management from Stevens Institute of Technology in Hoboken, NJ. He grew up in England, but worked in New York for 14 years, before moving to St. Petersburg, Russia for a year. In 2009 he moved back to England. Phil has built up a successful career working in aviation insurance since 1988. He holds US and UK citizenship, has visited over 100 countries and has a tested IQ of 155 (which he doesn't like to show off about).
