Dr. Steven Hostetter holds the position Vice President for Academic Affairs at Pacific Rim Christian University. Previously he served nine years as President at Oak Hills Fellowship in Minnesota. As President he oversaw Oak Hills Christian College, Camp Oak Hills, Church Ministries and the Center for Indian Ministries. Steve earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Bible from Lancaster Bible College, a Master of Science in Christian Ministries from Wheaton College, and a Ph.D. in Education from Trinity Evangelical Divinity School. His ministry career began as a youth pastor followed by an associate pastorate. He gained a broad understanding of college education, administration, and non-profit experience from his sixteen years of service with SEND International at Alaska Bible College where he spent nine years as President. Steve and Brenda have three grown, married children and twelve grandchildren. Justin, his wife Lynsey and four children, live in Oregon where Justin serves as Associate Pastor. Chris and his wife Maggie and four children serve with New Tribes Mission in Papua New Guinea. Angie and her husband Chris (Stay) and four children serve with Youth Dynamics in Plain, Washington.
