With more than thirty-five years of experience, Larry Shushansky is an accomplished public speaker, author and therapist. With a master’s degree in Social Work Larry has directed a residential facility for adolescents, worked in emergency services, hospital settings, family service agencies, the court system, and mental health centers. Through his career, Larry has developed a passion for public speaking and has presented workshops for community organizations, businesses, colleges/universities, inpatient and outpatient settings, drug and alcohol rehabilitation centers, and a variety of other organizations. He has written for and been cited in numerous articles in publications such as The Boston Globe, The Huffington Post, The Chicago Times, and Redbook, as well as being a contributor to the NAMI blog.
