Über die Autorin bzw. den Autor

Sunil George is the Founder Director of Stimulus Consulting, has over 26 years of experience in Consulting and Organizational Development initiatives across a cross-section of industries. He works with some of the best of Corporate Houses across Asia-Pacific. He is a Certified Behavioural Analyst and facilitates behavioural analysis. In addition he is also certified in Strategic Competency Modeling & Competency Framework, 360 Feedback, unpacking Employee Engagement surveys and conducting Assessment Development Centers. After being GE-Crotonville Certified, he spent a large chunk of his time on Leadership projects across different GE businesses in the ASEAN Region since 1997. He is also the India Field Mentor for the Ford-CEM project since 2014. As a member of the International Coach Federation, he is a Credentialed PCC (Professional Certified Coach) and does Executive Coaching at different levels.
