Inhaltsangabe

I’m so sorry that you had to live through this… Thank you, honey, me too. I’m so sorry for me too… Dysfunctional marriage?Check. Special needs child? Check. A “wise guy” connection? Check. Plus, two cousins doing perhaps the hardest part of all: from mind to print. Check. You’ll laugh a little and cry a little. They did. And maybe, just maybe, you’ll be inspired a little…to survive AND tell stories of your own. A fictional spin-off of Denver’s early Mafia history, "my life in the Middle of the Mob" is a story of a young Italian girl, Sami, who falls deeply in love with and marries the wrong man. His connection with a crime boss in “little Italy” entangles her and their four children. When their third child becomes gravely ill, Sami starts to unravel. This is the story of Sami’s journey as she claws her way out of a mental breakdown, financial ruin and a bad marriage.
