John brings a distinct mix of ministry, business, and leadership expertise to his work. His career spans over 45 years of developing human capital across diverse social, ethnic, technical, and educational environments. Currently, he serves as the Metro Atlanta Area Director for the Christian Business Men's Connection (CBMC)-a ministry founded in 1930, that now impacts 98 countries and 330 US cities.John is a certified trainer, coach, speaker, DISC consultant, and founding member of the John Maxwell Leadership Certified Team. He holds an associate degree in electrical engineering, as well as a bachelor's, master's, and doctorate degree in pastoral theology. Committed to lifelong learning, he has earned numerous certificates and certifications ranging from business management and leadership to life coaching and streaming media consulting. Guided by the philosophy that the key to fulfilling your dreams is to grow into them, John also holds a fifth-degree black belt (master level) in Moo Duk Kwan Tang Soo Do martial arts with the National Black Belt Karate Association.John possesses a unique gift: the ability to impact "the one" who impacts the many. Whether working with a pastor, a marketplace minister (CEO), a community leader, a father, or a mother, he believes everyone has a God-given purpose to make a difference in this world.
