His poem "Living in Confucius Wall" has been translated into Mandarin and published by Jining University in Qufu, China 2009. The preface poem Mr. Raven is about his high school English teacher in Florida. The first part of the book called Surf Returns contain poems about surfing. The opening poem in that section "As You Snooze," was published at The Virgin Islands in a publication titled "The Caribbean Writer." The title poem "Essay on Water," was first published at Michigan St. University in a literary magazine titled "Sound Edition" in their issue on "Water" published by the university library. His poem "Pyromaniac" was publish in Canada, by Plowman Press, and his poems "For They Will Know Us By Our Love," Original Description," and "The Umber Haze Of Summer" were published in Swansea, Wales. With a few memories from middle school, high school and college days, Essay On Water is a collection poems written with the kind heart and clear voice of a talented poet.
