Gaby Chapman works in marketing communications and publishing. She has been running her own writing business since having children. A mother of three hungry boys, she found the daily struggle of getting a meal to the table at a reasonable hour difficult, despite having a mountain of cookbooks at home. Together with chef Jen Petrovic, she co-founded meal planning app Plan Buy Cook, one of Apple’s top-selling meal planning apps. Gaby and Jen formulated the 4+2+1 = dinner done plan to make meal planning a breeze. They have delivered workshops around Melbourne on minimising food wastage and cooking from scratch for everyday eating. Gaby can now get a meal on the table without fuss every night of the week. Even her fussy eater is happy.

Jen Petrovic is a chef and master meal planner based in Melbourne, Australia. She has worked in restaurants in Australia and the UK, in large-scale catering and as a personal chef. Jen is the co-founder of meal planning app, Plan Buy Cook, which she built with Gaby Chapman. It is one of Apple’s top-selling meal planning apps. Together they formulated the 4+2+1 = dinner done plan to make meal planning a breeze. As a mother of two, Jen has perfected fuss-free meals that taste great. Jen’s recipes have helped save households everywhere from the daily dinner grind. She brings her know-how to help people save time, money and fuss with the evening meal.
