Inhaltsangabe

In the hustle and bustle of living in the 21st century it is often hard to find the time to appreciate nature. So many of us have lost the wonder of discovering the simple treasures that can be found in a humble bush walk. We need a learned guide to help us look with fresh eyes at the seasons, the birds, the trees and the wildflowers. This book will help you do that!

Each chapter begins with an inspirational entry from Amy Mack’s monthly nature diary where she vividly explains what she has discovered on her regular bush walks around Sydney more than 100 years ago. The chapters finish with some seasonal changes you may find while nature watching around Australia. We also include space to record some of your own seasonal nature discoveries.

Experience the Australian bush through the passionate observations of a nature lover and be inspired to put on your boots and head outside to make your own discoveries.

This book is not just for homeschoolers or students, but for anyone who loves nature.

Recommended Age: 10 to adult.
