Inhaltsangabe

From the mundane to the mystical, people aged 20-86, rank beginners to venerated masters, share extraordinary stories about changes in health, supersensory awareness, precognition and the dissolution of space and time. This is not an account for the New Age fringe, but for those who seek a deeper understanding of energy (qi), the concept at the heart of taijiquan, a world-leading mind-body practice for health, coordination and spiritual development. Appealing to taiji practitioners of all levels, as well as to practitioners of yoga, meditation, martial arts and the healing arts Swimming in the Sea of Qi: The Taiji Path to Energetic and Spiritual Awakening, demonstrates how manifestations of energy through body, mind, and spirit can lead to a life-changing, transcendent experience.
