Matthew left university early, where he had trained to be an English and History Teacher, to take up a career in the Australian Firearms industry, where he still currently works.Like most, he enjoys working on his hobbies when he gets time and has enjoyed the past few years of working on this novel and has since devoted more of his time to the art.Inspired by music, each chapter of The Depths Within, begins with a song lyric setting the mood for what the characters are feeling.Always an advocate for our current serving soldiers and veterans. 50% of the proceeds from the sale of The Depths Within, will be donated to "Soldier On." to assist in the health and mental well being of our current and ex serving ADF personnel.
