Über die Autorin bzw. den Autor

My Friend Leaf is my first story to submit for publication. My world has been filled with little people from babysitting as a teenager, being an AuPair in Connecticut, USA to having my very own cherubs; 2 boisterous boys and 1 neurodiverse little girl and working as a Teachers Aid. All the little people who have crossed my path have filled my heart with love, wonder and hope. In that time, I have read stories, shared stories and introduced little people to the wonders of reading. During last year I volunteered at a local Public Library and assisted with Baby Rhyme Time. Taking my children to rhyme time was always a relief to get out of the house and have some adult company. As a parent I found it hard to find the right words to explain things to my children and quite often I would turn to books. Books about emotions, families and life lessons helped in a subtle way get my point across to my children. There are many ideas I have drafted that I want to turn into stories to share. The experiences I have had in life have left imprints of words in my mind that are now coming together as stories.
