Über die Autorin bzw. den Autor

Sara Ward, R.Ac, is a dedicated hockey mom living in Vancouver with her husband and son. She is a multipassionate entrepreneur, author, acupuncturist, and founder of The Village Community clinic. During a health scare in her early twenties, when she was diagnosed with celiac disease, Sara fell deeply in love with using food as medicine. In her clinical practice, Sara's go to for everything is gut health. Every day at home, she practices what she preaches in the kitchen.
