Karen Ingram is a Master Instructor, Trainer and International Presenter of Pilates and Nordic Walking. She co-founded Barefoot Studio, a thriving Pilates and wellness business, in 2001. In this book, Karen combines her hard-won experience with a passion for helping therapists and instructors grow great businesses. Through her training academy Karen mentors new instructors in teaching and business.
