Kate Abernethy is a Scottish children's author based in Hampshire, England. The Great Highland Games Chase is her debut picture book. Laura Darling is an illustrator based in Dundee, Scotland. She has an MA in Illustration from Edinburgh College of Art. The Great Highland Games Chase is her first picture book.
