Author Dr Kate Barnes practiced as a GP for over 20 years. Now an integrated healthcare professional with a particular interest in children’s health and cognitive behavioural therapy. Dr Barnes works as a GP tutor at Oxford University and carries out Child Health Surveillance in General Practice. She has also had work published in the British Medical Journal.
