Après avoir débuté sa carrière en tant qu'enseignante au Royaume-Uni, Bridget a été au cours des trois dernières décennies partenaire de la mission Crosslinks auprès de personnes handicapées. Depuis 2011, elle est conseillère en programmes de soutien pour le handicap et travaille dans différents pays d'Afrique et d'Asie.
