Inhaltsangabe

There are always reasons why people turn out to be who they are or behave in a particular fashion, so, if you find true stories of mischief intriguing; then this book is a ‘must read’.  The author has ostensibly written an account of his life’s experiences from infancy through to so-called retirement by describing how he was disadvantaged from birth and then had to battle through hardship, extreme poverty and violent bullying;  destined to go nowhere in life until he decided enough was enough and set out on a path totally at odds of all expectations.

Share the writer’s experiences as he recalls events of his upbringing in London during the post-war years of the 1940s, the 1950s and subsequent years, unusual in many respects, often humorously describing relative historical events of the time. His story is poignant, sometimes sad, but also very, very funny.
