Nancy G. Calleja, Ph.D., LPC is professor and chair of the Department of Counseling and Addiction Studies at the University of Detroit Mercy and also the clinical director of Spectrum Human Services Inc. and Affiliated Companies. She has worked in the human services field for more than three decades, and has developed several comprehensive treatment programs for adolescents and adults. She consults nationally with governmental and non-profit organizations on business planning, program development and program evaluation. She has published more than 40 articles and book chapters, as well as 4 books.
