Post-16 students taking the Key Skills qualification are expected to build up a portfolio of evidence from their main programme of study and vocational experience. This series offers accessible and easy-to-use guides to each of the three main Key Skills at Level 3. The books aim to demystify Key Skills by explaining the background to each Key Skill, its method of assessment, and the best way to co-ordinated the collection and presentation of materials required to attain the qualificatio. The books also offer help for students preparing for the end of assessment test. Key skills forms an important part of the new AS/A Level and GNVQ courses. The guides in the series have been designed to help students understand why Key Skills are important and how they are assessed, identify their existing Key Skills level, develop and practice Key Skills and build a portfolio of evidence, and prepare for the end test.
