Robin Allen QC is a barrister at Cloisters Chambers, specialising in human rights, employment, discrimination and public law. He is a member of the Bar Council and a Recorder. He is a member of the Justice expert panel on the European Union, the executive committee of the Discrimination Law Association, and the Disability Discrimination Representation and Advice Project. Robin was Council representative on the Home Office Human Rights Act Task Force 1999-2001 and Chair of the Employment Law Bar Association from 1997-1999. Rachel Crasnow is a barrister at Cloisters Chambers, specialising in discrimination law and employment law. She is on the panel of Legal Network Television and appears regularly before the EAT under the Employment Law Association Advisory Scheme (ELAAS). Rachel is co-editor of the Educational Law Journal's Case Commentaries
