Liz Trigg has been interested in creating new recipes since her school days, when she won numerous prizes for cooking. Since then her career has taken her from catering, to developing recipes for magazines and food manufacturers, and working as Deputy Cooking Editor for Woman and Home magazine. As well as writing, Liz also works as a free-lance home economist, and has created recipes for leading food and women's magazines, including Good Housekeeping and House Beautiful.
