Über die Autorin bzw. den Autor

Gill Garratt M.A. (Psych), B.Ed (Hons) has 15 years experience as a Psychotherapist / Trainer. She has worked for a large International Employee Assistance programme, based in London as a Case Manager and Affiliate Counsellor, and has had a private practice since 1992, CadMan Ltd.

She has worked widely in the Corporate industries, writing and delivering courses in Change Management, Performance and Appraisal, Diversity, Executive Coaching, Train the Trainer and uniquely 'Happiness at Work' courses, incorporating CBT in the workplace.

Past clients she has worked for when working for Ceridian include, J P Morgan, H.M. Treasury, Glaxo Smith Kline, Capital Bank, Institute of Chartered Surveyors, and Investors in People. Gill has also worked with Oxford University, TUI, Cunard, Saga, and P&O.

Gill is a Senior Accredited REBT Practitioner, registered on the National joint CBT / REBT register, published by BABCP, The British Association for Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies. Gill is also a member of the British Psychological Society, and a Counselling Psychologist and Coaching Psychology Group member.
