MALCOLM GRUNDY is Director of the Foundation for Church Leadership, launched by Rowan Williams in 2005 to encourage and inspire church leaders to face new challenges in leadership. He previously held a number of senior church positions and is author of What They Don't Teach You in Theological College. He lives in York.
