The post-industrial, twenty first century welfare state is very different from its predecessors. Über die Autorin bzw. den Autor
John Hudson and Stuart Lowe are both political scientists who teach and research in the Department of Social Policy and Social Work at the University of York. Dr Hudson is especially concerned with the impact of new information technologies on social policies. Dr Lowe's applied field of study centres on housing policy.
