Reseña del editor:
"Live in such a way that love informs every action!' So begins the introduction of this book where one is allowed to feel like one is being allowed to take a walk inside the mind of a uniquely enlightened soul' - Dadi Janki.Once described as having 'the most stable mind in the world' it fascinates me how this tiny woman now in her nineties seems to remain one of the world's best kept spiritual secrets. At any dinner party, guests will know of and will have viewpoints on other spiritual leaders such as the Dalai Lama, but Dadi Janki?Yet here in this book we have a lengthy glowing preface by Alfredo Sfeir Younis (of the World Bank) who in his search for people who embody both the spiritual and 'who are essentially the golden thread that keeps the quilt of humanity clean and warm, every night, every time, in spite of everything else', he has found Dadi Janki. Dadi Janki writes this book with the aim that just as when people meet her they speak of experiencing a warmth and radiance that enables them to know what it means to be truly human, so too we can all be this. She sees as an absolute that we all carry within us five essential living qualities: peace, love, happiness, and divine truth. Our habit of living 'from the outside in' or in other words, allowing the external world to dominate our thinking and perspectives, has to be reversed so that we instead live steeped in the awareness of our inner divinity. And as the title states, when we live 'Inside Out', we can then experience a better way of living, learning and loving. The five chapters - The Power of Peace, The Power of Love, The Power of Purity, The Power of Happiness, and The Power of Divine Truth - happily break down in to further sub headings within each, which the reader may find as welcome points to pause and reflect before moving on. Such is the power of a totally concentrated mind that the words and lines are all so essenceful that a lesser mind used to reading expansive explanations can quickly feel satiated.
