Über die Autorin bzw. den Autor

Mark Warda has been an attorney since 1978 and a landlord since 1974 and is the author of the previous best selling FLorida landlord's guide, Landlords' Rights and Duties in Florida which the publisher has stopped updating. He is also the author or co-author of over 60 self-help law books for consumers including Personal Property Trusts, and Land Trusts in Florida, and is currently the president of Land Trust Service Corporation in Lake Wales, Florida.
