Growing up as a very active child, with wild and crazy ideas, taking the risks necessary to further the challenge and the calling of her soul, it was understandable that her journey landed onto print. She studied nutrition at the University of Texas in Austin, worked for many health organizations, owned a lifestyle and fitness consulting business, and has written publicly since 1995. She has published articles for various magazines, composed nutrition blogs for health clubs, and has been a contributing writer for corporate wellness firm newsletters. The writing and her lifestyle go hand in hand.
