NCBC also provides ongoing training and support to facilitators. About the authors: Tom Fish, Ph.D., is the founder of NCBC and the Director of Family and Employment Services at The Ohio State University Nisonger Center on Disabilities. Paula Rabidoux, Ph.D./ CCC is the Coordinator of Speech Language Pathology at the Nisonger Center and the Literacy Consultant for NCBC. Jillian Ober, MA, is the Program Manager for the Nisonger Center and conducts training workshops around the country for NCBC. Vicky Graff is a Program Manager for NCBC.
